Steps to Leadership
In 2008 three key rural organizations – Foundation for Rural Living, 4-H Ontario and the Rural Ontario Institute, – partnered to create a five-year action plan to address leadership and capacity building gaps in rural Ontario through the Steps to Leadership project. Funding for this project is provided in part by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada through the Agricultural Adaptation Council.
Steps to Leadership offers organizations and communities in rural Ontario the opportunity to build the next generation of leaders and provide current leaders with relevant skill-building opportunities through a series of accessible program opportunities and resource tools.
