Nominations are ordinarily submitted to the Foundation for Rural Living by someone other than the nominee or individuals affiliated with the group being nominated.

Nominators are required to answer each question within the category and submit 5 copies of the nomination and supporting documents. Nominators must sign nomination forms. Nominations must be postmarked no later than February 28, 2006. Electronic submissions are welcome in Microsoft Word format.

PLEASE NOTE: Ensure you have answered all questions in the Awards Criteria before submitting your nomination.   Incomplete submissions may not be judged.
