McGuinty begins consultation to enhance rural capacity

The McGuinty government is asking the public to respond to its Consultation Paper ‘Growing Strong Rural Communities’. The paper, posted on the Municipal Affairs and Housing website on June 9, 2004 is part of a ‘Rural Plan’, which will articulate the government’s vision for rural communities and provide a coordinated approach to shaping policy and delivering programs to enhance capacity in rural areas.

Member of the public are invited to submit their comments until July 30, 2004 through an Online Workbook.
